Practical and mainly clean – the wc could use some work. In general, I had been very pleased with this choice and will surely suggest it to everyone looking to drop by.

Excellent hotel, everything is close by. Team are tremendous welcoming and handy and talk good English. You will discover activities every night time and it´s a good way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a bit noisy but that’s pretty insignificant. Fantastic value for the money!

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff in the reception were there at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Incredibly awesome hotel and excellent area. I Absolutely recommend this place!

Extremely good and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, precisely what we were looking for. Beds were extremely comfy. There wasn’t much of the social ambiance but it´s great for a full night relaxation. I liked my stay here enormously and will most likely come once again for my up coming visit here.

I have booked the room for two nights with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the room was normally pretty clean. The staff have been pretty useful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was excellent. Not an extremely social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Saitama you have to book at Urawa Royal Pines Hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
